The Choice of Coffee or Sleep

Coffee breaks relieve the pressures of work for 15 minutes. However, coffee is a stimulant and is known to increase blood pressure by up to 10%. This amplifies the blood pressure increase due to stress. There are findings that sleeping for 15 minutes instead of having coffee is much better for productivity. Thus, comfortable office furniture, which promotes relaxation, can help employees get their 15 minutes of sleep.
